Abstract: In this article, a method based on analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is presented to investigate the effect of occupational health and safety education on the teachers of urban schools. multi-stage clustering method has been used for sampling. The number of sample members is 30 who were selected from among the teachers and trainers of the school . to collect data researcher-made questionnaire was used. . This questionnaire contains two main parts. The first section contains general information and the second section contains questions related to the effects of training on the occupational health and safety situation. Also, in order to prioritize the effects of occupational health and safety education on school teachers, analytical hierarchy process (AHP)method has been used. occupational health and safety education for teachers have a lot of effects such as : increasing the spirit of teaching and peace , progress in teaching , increasing self-confidence, reducing accidents and their consequences, increasing teaching motivation and improving Personal hygiene Improving health, improving the quality of education, reducing accidents and their consequences, Increasing freshness and vitality results indicate that Improving health and improving the quality of education are the most important effects of occupational health and safety education for teachers . Meanwhile, the obtained results indicate that improving health and improving the quality of education are the most important effects of occupational health and safety training for teachers in schools. As a occupational health engineer works in hospitals, also it is recommended that schools should have occupational health and safety engineers.
