dc.description.abstractThe construction industry is one of the most profitable jobs, and changes and developmentsin the construction industry have caused the emergence of different managementsystems in organizations, which have beneficial results for companies. Today,prefabricated buildings are very welcome, which sometimes due to non-compliancewith health and safety in the project, irreparable financial and life losses will be appliedto the organizations. The purpose of this research is to prioritize and provide solutionsto improve health and safety management in construction, which is examined as a casestudy of Tehran province, in order to increase the knowledge of employers andcontractors to prevent damages in projects and to minimize delivered In this research,using library studies and interviews with experts in this field, health and safety inconstruction projects in Tehran province were investigated and risks were prioritizedusing TOPSIS technique. In this study, falling from scaffolding, falling from ramps andstairs, and falling from the edge of pits were among the top risks with a rating of 0.97,0.82, and 0.8, respectively, and solutions for improving health and safety managementin construction were presented. In order to achieve the desired results in the constructionindustry, employers and contractors should pay more attention to the principles of safetyand health because it plays a large role in reducing financial losses and by reducingaccidents in the project, the possibility of life and financial losses will be minimized andcan be Avoid visible and hidden losseen_US
