dc.description.abstractThe literature shows that new Knowledge creation methods underline the importance of team networks as a pillar of Knowledge creation in modern Organizations. Sharing tacit Knowledge is one of the difficulties of virtual teams (VTs). This is due to knowledge social nature in tacit knowledge sharing, non-existence face to face interactions which will cause gradual and variable performance in virtual team. This research attempts to discover the key factors in socialization application for improving knowledge creation and Knowledge sharing problems in virtual teams. We have used quantitative methods, our findings indicates that there is a significant correlation between socialization, tactics and virtual teams.en_US
