dc.description.abstract | Banking industry is a knowledge-based industry that has turned to electronic education in recent years. The level of the staff's acceptance for utilizing such educational methods has always been a matter of great concern for the managers. Members of staff would prefer electronic education to traditional and conventional methods if they find them in sync with their present demands and requirements. They also need to be stimulated for this purpose. The objective of this paper is to analyze a number of models and theories with respect to accepting technology and disseminating innovation in organizations, and present and measure the most effective factors in the acceptance of bank clerks for adopting electronic learningservices in Shiraz. These factors include: perceived usefulness, perceived playfulness, educational level, trust, visibility, compatibility, voluntariness of useand overload working. The results of such analysis would be presented. More practical propositions and also proposal for future studies would be presented in this paper | en_US |
