Abstract: Integration is a fundamental concept at supply chain where supply raw material, integrated production and distribution operations are delivered from suppliers to manufacturers in the product life cycle. From the classical approach, it plans separately and generally it wasn’t considered a high-impact credit factor. Separate planning lead to increasing costs. At integrated approaches the planning process to be solved in mathematics-based method. In today's competitive world, raising concern to improve organizational performance has a special position, in this study we attempted to analyze impacting external factors on organizational performance. This research consists of two stages, at the first stage through questionnaire, we try to extract the factors affecting on organizational performance. Then by statically analysis, hypotheses based on conceptual model is evaluated. At the second phase of this research we represent a mathematical integrated model and solve it by real world data.
