Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investi gate the relati onship between psychological empowerment of employees and organizati onal performance and social responsibility among staff members of Imam Khomeini Relief Committ ee of Pishva and Varamin. The method of this study is descripti ve-correlati on. The study populati on includes 88 employees. The sample size was a simple random sampling method based on a census (total populati on selecti on). Finally, 85 questi onnaires were used to delete the questi onnaires. The research instrument consisted of three psychological empowerment, organizati onal performance and social responsibility questi onnaires that had appropriate validity and reliability. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Pearson correlati on coefficient were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a positi ve and signifi cant relati onship between the psychological empowerment of employees with organizati onal performance and social responsibility (p <0.05).
