Abstract: | In today s dynamic and competitive world, industries and services need ways that enable them to increase their productivity and quality and reduce their costs. Undoubtedly, application of an approach through which VAT will be added to the final product at each step of the production process is the main concern of the organizations. In this regard, lean production has been introduced as a functional tool to improve the products quality. The effective application of the production system is faced with challenges and problems, which this study seeks to evaluate and examine the lean level of manufacturing industries in some steps. In this study, with the help of theoretical literature of lean production, lean tools and components were extracted. Then, with regard to the implementation of research in continuous manufacturing industries, the components that are used in the industry were selected, and a hierarchical model with the ability to measure the lean level was presented and its dimensions and elements were defined. In the next step, AHP and TOPSIS techniques were used to prioritize and rank the components to quantitatively assess the manufacturing industries lean level and rank them based on lean level. Then, given the fundamental importance of the electrical industry in the country and lack of research in this field, the Guilan electrical industry was selected as a sample for implementation. During the implementation, Guilan lean electrical industry was assessed and companies operating in the area were ranked in this respect. |
