Abstract: Today the quick growth in information techniques in different fields of businesses sometimes causes one changes in the nature and the products of production and service performance. Mean while, small and middle firms have not been separated from this frame work. One of the very important information systems related to the small and middle industries is ERP which has been able to find special place in the small and middle firms and of course has so much effect on the so in this paper it has been attempted to exclude mutual effects on the application of ERP in middle and small firms on the basis of the research literature and by using the grey DEMATEL method. They were investigated and arranged on the basis of priority. According to the study, 31 effective factors in 3 main groups were indentified: organizational factors, natural factors and practical factors and effect relationship of these factors were applied and finally, cause and effect models were delivered.
