Abstract: With passing time, e-learning is finding more favors with academic people, since it provides learning opportunity anytime and anywhere. Assessment as one of the most important tools to improve the quality of high educational systems has been revolutionized with the appearances of new methods in education and development of new technologies in field of e-learnings. A good system for evaluating the learning achievement of students is the key to appreciating the aim of education. Recently, fuzzy set theory applied to many methods for the educational grading systems. In this study, a special framework, which considers several points of view of many experts by weighting fuzzy opinions, is proposed for the evaluation of students’ performance in e-learning systems. The findings suggest a framework contained 6 main criteria and 24 sub-criteria that each one has a score considering their weight which determined during this study using fuzzy AHP method. This framework can be used for selecting the best students, specifically in higher education online learning systems.
